iPhone and iPad

On iPhone and iPad, the clearest install route is through Safari. Add Compose to the Home Screen so it opens from its own icon.

  1. Open app.tolstoycompose.com in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. Turn on Open as Web App if Safari shows the option.
  5. Tap Add.

If another browser offers Add to Home Screen, you can use that route too. If it does not, use Compose in the browser.

Chrome and several other Android browsers can install web apps from the browser menu. The exact wording can vary.

  2. Use the install prompt if it appears, or open the Chrome menu.
